Job Title: Operation Olympos HOLMES Indexer
Salary: The starting salary is £34,808, which includes allowances totalling £2,928.
The salary is broken down as £31,880 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £34,108 Plus, a location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.
Location: Sutton

Job Summary
Operation Olympos is the criminal investigation into the Post Office Horizon IT scandal.
We are looking for experienced HOLMES Indexers to join the HOLMES2 team working within the Operation Olympos Major Incident Room (MIR) at Patrick Dunne House in Sutton.
They will be responsible for indexing all material gathered during the investigation and the subsequent tasking of investigators to drive and direct investigations.
Key tasks of the role will be to
- Receive and register documentation.
- Raise Actions.
- Index contents of documents.
- Maintain designated indices.
- Understand and follow instructions contained within documents.
- Ensure all aspects of their role meets the Senior Investigating Officers strategy and is suitable for approval by the Office manager.
- Type result of completed Actions onto the system.
- Forward all resulted Actions to the office manager for filing
