Senior IT Technical Architect
Direct the technical vision for Leicestershire Police, improving the technology that keeps our officers and communities safe!
Join us as our Senior IT Technical Architect, where you will direct a team ensuring the effective day to day management of IT infrastructure. You will oversee problem management, identifying and resolving the root cause of any incidents.
You'll monitor the external environment, gathering intelligence on emerging technologies and assessing opportunities to the force so we can consistently improve our services, working together to keep our officers, staff and communities safe.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll plan and coordinate activities to manage and implement programmes
- Oversee the management and support of technical infrastructure
- Investigate work for technical solutions such as systems, networking and infrastructure components
The must haves
- Able to direct and manage a team of technical experts
- Experience in all aspects of implementation and technical management of enterprise systems
- Experience and understanding of continual service improvement
