- S25-030 Force Armourer (LC7)
Lancashire Constabulary’s Specialist Operations Division is seeking an Armourer to be based at Hutton Headquarters. The site is accessible by public transport and there is also free car parking on site.
The purpose of this role is to:
- Maintain all Force specialist weapons, firearms, ammunition and ancillary equipment in line with relevant guidelines and safety legislation
- Undertake weapon rotation between the Operations and Training Departments
- Manage the issue of weapons and ammunition for training events and operational deployments as required.
- Maintain accurate records of firearms operations and produce statistical data as required.
- Carry out any other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities and grading of the post.
