You will conduct specialist safety training in support of Pilots, Tactical Flight Officers and other undefined staff.
You will assess organisational risks and advise on the effectiveness of current mitigation measures as well as advise and design new mitigations.
The role will cover both generic health and safety as well as specialist aviation safety. You will be critical in identifying and reporting emerging potential hazards and safety concerns in order to improve safety performance across all areas of NPAS.
In order to be considered for the role you must have the following
• Experience and understanding of the Safety Management System within the Aviation Environment.
• The ability to analyse safety information, provide advice, and design effective mitigation measures.
