 About the Opportunity

Are you a talented, experienced, and confident Creative Designer ready to make a real impact? Join our dynamic team and use your design skills to support two blue light services – Staffordshire Police and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

As the Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating content that helps keep the people of Staffordshire safe, informed, and engaged. Your work will directly impact both the public and internal employees, assisting both services in communicating vital messages effectively and efficiently.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the creativity and confidence to turn briefs into compelling, visually engaging designs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in graphic design, strong knowledge of design software, is up-to-date with the latest industry trends and has a passion for supporting services that make a real difference in the community.

In this role, you'll be responsible for producing a wide range of creative outputs, from internal communications to public-facing digital and print materials. You’ll follow our corporate brand guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity across all design work, making sure that every project reflects the values of both services.
