Senior Communications Officer – Proactive
In this new and exciting role you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team who develop and implement operational communication strategies and activities across Thames Valley Police, which help fight crime, serve victims and builds trust and confidence in our force.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, and/or a professional qualification in communications, public relations, media or equivalent experience and have proven experience of working in a communications roles across internal and external communications with a proven track record of delivering impactful communications and with strong crisis communications skills.
You will have strong interpersonal communication skills along with political awareness and have the ability to build effective relationships in order to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
