Job Title: Disclosure Support (deputy to Disclosure Manager, Economic Crime)
Salary: The starting salary is £38,926, which includes allowances totalling £2,928.
The salary is broken down as £35,998 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £38,523 Plus, a location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.
Location: Barking, Lewisham, Putney
The Role:
The MPS Economic Crime Command is part of Central Specialist Crime and specialises in the investigation of Fraud and Money Laundering offences and the conduct of Financial Investigations. They have conduct of complex, high value and public interest criminal and civil investigations often overseen by the Serious Fraud Division of the CPS. These investigations require a high level of disclosure input to comply with the AG guidelines and CPIA. This role requires the applicant to assist and support investigation teams throughout all strands of Economic Crime with financial and fraud investigation disclosure management and advice regarding the completion of schedules, liaison with partner agencies and third parties and the recording of decision making under the guidance of a disclosure manager. You will have a good understanding and proven experience in procedures and processes of CPIA. You may will be required to assist in the management of a number of Agency staff.
