*Event* Thinking of Joining Us Session - Thursday 30th January 2025

Event Description  

Have you ever considered a career in policing, but are not quite sure about it? Would you like to find out more information about policing and possible career choices? Then look no further. The Positive Action Recruitment Team at the British Transport Police would like to invite you to attend a "Thinking of Joining Us" session.

What does the session consist of?

  • Information about The British Transport Police
  • Available roles
  • Entry requirements
  • Pay & benefits
  • Question and answer session for candidates
  • Meet operational Police Officers, PCSO’s or other members of Police Staff
  • In this session, we will have Ellen Clowes joining us to talk about her career within BTP. Ellen is a member of Police Staff who also volunteers as a Special, currently at the rank of Special Inspector. Ellen will be able to give an insight into what a career is like within BTP, but also around how our Special Constabulary runs. 

     

    When is the session taking place?

    Location: Microsoft Teams Online

    Date: Thursday 30th January 2025

    Time: 17:00 - 18:00

     

    Once registered, the system does not send an email notification until we manually accept your application. This will happen after the registration window has closed on the 29th January.


     

    Can’t attend?

    If you can’t attend, or the session is full, then don’t worry.
