HR Administrator - Business Support (CTPSE and SEROCU)
Are you well organised and detail-oriented? If so, we would love to hear from you as we are looking for an additional HR Administrator to join our busy team. Our team work across five police forces to provide dedicated HR and Recruitment support to two specialist regional units: Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE) and the South East Organised Crime Unit (SEROCU).
This role is based within our HR division and plays an instrumental role in supporting the HR Business Partners. You will gain experience in all stages of the employee lifecycle – acting as the first point of contact on a variety of people matters.
The successful candidate must have:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within a HR environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise
- An eye for detail.
- An understanding of what excellent customer service looks like
- Integrity and discretion when dealing with highly confidential information.
- Proficiency in office software, including CRM databases, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.

You will have the flexibility to work from home circa two days a week, the rest of the time based in the office. You may occasionally be required to travel to other sites in the South East region.
The office base location is difficult to access via public transport therefore we are ideally seeking somebody that holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
Due to the nature of our work, security is of paramount importance to us and therefore it will be necessary to pass and maintain vetting level SC. In order to achieve this, you must be a British National and have resided in the UK for the past five years. Exemptions apply for overseas or other diplomatic service (with HM Government) and studying abroad.
