This role is based within our recruitment division and plays a crucial role in supporting the immediate recruitment team and wider HR function. You will have responsibility for all stages of the recruitment process – from posting adverts to finalising contracts, whilst ensuring delivery of an excellent customer service experience to our candidates and hiring managers alike. The successful candidate must have:

  • Proficiency in office software, including CRM databases, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.

We support and encourage flexible and agile working, and welcome applications from those interested in either full or part time (ideally over five days a week in order to maintain resilience).  You will have the flexibility to work from home circa two days a week, the rest of the time based in the office.  You may occasionally be required to travel to other sites in the South East region.

The office base location is difficult to access via public transport therefore we are ideally seeking somebody that holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.

Due to the nature of our work, security is of paramount importance to us and therefore it will be necessary to pass and maintain vetting level SC.  In order to achieve this, you must be a British National and have resided in the UK for the past five years. Exemptions apply for overseas or other diplomatic service (with HM Government) and studying abroad.
