TOEX Intelligence Development Officer

The TOEX programme is an intelligence capability that provides dedicated intelligence and analytical expertise in support of forces undertaking complex organised exploitation investigations such as modern slavery and human trafficking, organised immigration crime, county lines, adult and child sexual exploitation and abuse. TOEX are seeking an Intelligence Development Officer to work in our national team based at Norfolk police headquarters. You will be joining a team of intelligence analysts, researchers, intelligence development officers and data specialists, all working together to tackle those exploiting the vulnerable. As an IDO, you will be responsible for developing and evaluating intelligence, assessing the threat, risk and harm which exists. Your role is to gather, research and evaluate information, to prepare intelligence products, maintain networks of internal and external partners, and to use overt and covert intelligence techniques to perform your role.

This role is currently advertised as a fixed term contract to 31st March 2026, with potential for this to be extended dependent on funding.
