Business Change Manager (Secondment/Fixed Term Contract)
Secondment/Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2027
On behalf of ICT, the Change Team are recruiting for a fixed term Business Change Manager to support business change, business transformation and change management for the implementation of MS Windows 11 programme. The successful candidate will have experience defining, implementing and working with change management strategies, leading organisational business change and transformation using skills and methodologies to ensure successful, timely and inclusive business transformation.
You will be accountable for all aspects of communication related to the project, including reporting to governance boards when necessary. You will represent the project at all relevant Force, bi-lateral, regional and national meetings.
Candidates will have recent and relevant experience in delivering and embedding change as well as an interest in delivering change within a forensic services environment. Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills will be required to undertake the role. Candidates will demonstrate planning, prioritisation and dependency management skills and the proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
If you are a permanent member of staff applying for this role, please note it will be offered on a secondment basis. Important: All secondments must be supported in writing by your Line Manager and Head of Department/Commander or Deputy. Please attach written approval from your line manager and Head of Department in your application. If the secondment is not supported then the role may be offered on a fixed term contract basis, but this has implications including loss of continuous service protections.
Please note: Shift allowance, on-call or other job related allowances from the previous role will not be protected unless they are attached to the new role for the duration of the secondment.
