Business Change Manager (Secondment/Fixed Term Contract)

Two Posts - Secondment/Fixed Term Contracts for 12 Months

These roles will deliver change within the force through supporting the implementation of a new case and quality management system for the Forensic Investigation Unit, and supporting the force’s introduction of a new enterprise operating system.  These role will lead on business change management with different departments in the force to successfully implement significant changes to force structures and processes. The individuals filling these roles will have a key role in planning and delivering activity that will engage both frontline and senior officers and staff, to understand the reasons for the change and gain their buy-in.

You will be accountable for all aspects of communication related to the project, including reporting to governance boards when necessary. You will represent the project at all relevant Force, bi-lateral, regional and national meetings.

Candidates will have recent and relevant experience in delivering and embedding change as well as an interest in delivering change within either forensic services or enterprise systems. Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills will be required to undertake these roles. Candidates will demonstrate planning, prioritisation and dependency management skills and the proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
