About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic, enthusiastic and technically minded Estates Technical Compliance Officer to join the Estates Team. This role will help ensure technical legislative compliance is achieved across Staffordshire Police and Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service building estate.
The role holder will be expected to investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues, manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule across all Hard and Soft FM activities as well as producing specifications and formulating of investment programmes.
You will have current legislative knowledge around Hard & Soft FM activities, experience of implementing preventative and/or corrective measures to mitigate risk as well as experience of undertaking a Compliance Role within the Estates/FM sector.
