ERSOU - ROCU - Police Staff - Manager Technical Surveillance Unit

The TSU manager role involves overseeing and delivering highly technical solutions to covert investigations across the 7-constituent forces that make up the Eastern Region. The role is dynamic, responding to and planning for, serious crime investigations often at short notice. Innovation, skill and experience are qualities that the role holder will depend upon daily. They will manage an equally motivated and talented team of technicians supporting a number of operations regionally at any one time. This is a sought after role tackling some of the most harmful organised crime groups operating across the Region. Where no day is the same, you’ll actively aid teams bring to justice the region’s most dangerous criminals.

A flexible approach to working is essential, there will be a requirement to work unsocial hours with short notice duty changes dependent on operational need and form part of the on-call rota. Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and pass the relevant vetting process (MV/SC).
