Professional Standards Department Support Volunteer
The principle of policing by consent relies on the trust and confidence that the public has in the police service and the wider law enforcement community. The Professional Standards Departments (PSD) plays an important role in the maintenance of that trust and confidence. - Meeting the member of staff/officer/witness at the end of the hearing and chaperoning them off the premises.
