Trauma-Informed Strategy and Implementation Manager
As the Trauma-Informed Strategy and Implementation Manager you will lead on Police Scotland’s journey towards becoming a trauma-informed organisation. You will engage with colleagues and partners and seek out opportunities to promote cultural change and minimise risk or re-traumatisation on all those who have come into police contact. You will respond appropriately and timeously to legislative change related to trauma-informed strategy and implementation. You will work in collaboration with others across Police Scotland to co-ordinate and deliver the trauma training plan across the organisation. You will ensure that all policies, procedures and practices are considered through a trauma-informed lens. |
This role is temporary until 31st March 2026. Location is flexible and various options will be considered.
