Out of Hours Case Administrator
Make a positive difference to the lives of the victims in need of help and bring offenders to justice.
The Criminal Justice Department are looking for an Out of Hours Case Administrator to work with them at Mansfield House Police Station. The role is full-time, permanent- working 37 hours per week on average. This will consist of a 12-hour, 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including days and nights. As a Case Administrator, you will be accountable for reviewing, preparing and submitting crime files to the Crown Prosecution Service and other Criminal Justice Agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Securing the attendance of prisoners appearing as defendants at court.
- Ensuring all papers are delivered ready for commencement of Remand Courts daily.
- Input data onto the computer systems, as well as tracing and chasing court documentation to ensure timescales are met.
The must haves
- Be educated to GCSE English Language at grade C/4 or above.
- Proven experience of data entry and using various computer systems.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a large workload.

Salary range: £23,121 - £24,921. There is are additional shift allowances, weekend working and night work enhancements on top of this salary. For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
