Trainer (Citizens in Policing)

To design and deliver training and development interventions in order to ensure that the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and behaviour of police officers, staff and other members of the force meet the requirements of the force and priorities.

These posts will focus on delivery of initial and a range of force training programmes for the Special Constabulary and volunteer service (where relevant).

The candidate will be shown to a room where a flip chart and marker pens will be available. They will be handed an envelope containing a subject matter relating to the role.

Candidates will be left alone and have 30 minutes to prepare a 10 minute presentation that they will deliver to the interview panel at the start of their interview.

The candidate is welcome to use their mobile telephone to research the presentation and the marker pens and/or flip charts to assist with their delivery.
