Detective Constable - High Harm Team - ROCU - Operations

ERSOU have introduced a new team to the Operations department over the last 12 months - the High Harm Team. The team lead pro-active and reactive investigations into High Harm SOC and OCG threats across the Region, focused on Modern Day Slavery, Organised Immigration Crime, Human Trafficking and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation. The team are experienced in the use of covert tactics in order to investigate these crime types

This is an amazing and exciting opportunity to focus on some of the crime types causing the most harm exploiting the vulnerable within the Eastern Region whilst using a broad range of tactical options

The role will involve significant partnership working both from within the ROCU and outside. The team is seeking experienced Detectives that are PIP 2 accredited and ideally with a safeguarding background and experience in covert Policing.
