Job Title: Collision Investigation and Prosecution Case Manager
Salary: The starting salary is £34,808, which includes allowances totalling £2,928.
The salary is broken down as £31,880 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £34,108. Plus, a location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

This is an exciting time to be working as a member of the Collision Investigation and Prosecutions Team. Role Responsibilities:
- To act as investigating Officer for personal injury and damage only collision cases reported by operational police officers and self-reported by member of the public
- To deal with collision's prosecutions, liaising with the Courts, the Crown Prosecution Service and the witness care teams
- To ensure that investigations are completed in accordance with standard operating procedures and service level agreements
- To provide police reports to insurance companies and solicitors where civil actions are contemplated
- Investigation of the collision cases to which they are assigned ensuring that the activities are followed correctly, promptly and ensuring that COPA records are correctly maintained, and files are archived appropriately
- Liaison with stakeholders and partners in the CJ process to ensure that appropriate cases are progressed to court
- Processing all post and emails received within the teams and ensuring they are dealt with promptly and efficiently
