Insight and Engagement Officer

As part of the team working in the Corporate Services Division, you can make a real difference by supporting the provision of Insight Engagement to our officers and staff across the second largest police force in the UK.

Key responsibilities of the role include -

Contribute to the development of the Insight and Engagement function within Strategy, Insight and Engagement in Police Scotland.
Design, develop and execute research, insight and public engagement for Police Scotland, including qualitative and quantitative approaches.
Plan and co-ordinate delivery of public engagement and the production of evidence-based research that can stand up to scrutiny, informing the development of future police services. Contribute to the preparation of policy and strategy for Police Scotland.
