Salary: from £58,000

As our Senior Occupational Health & Wellbeing Screening Advisor you’ll manage the delivery of proactive occupational health and wellbeing services for our force.

You’ll provide expert advice and support to staff, managers and HR teams on wellbeing, sickness absence, rehabilitation, workplace adjustments and strategies to promote wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing

  • Promote a culture of health, resilience and wellbeing across the force
  • Manage complex cases, ensuring timely interventions and positive outcomes
  • Maintain robust clinical governance and supervision standards

The must haves

  • Registered nurse and hold a post graduate diploma or undergraduate degree in Occupational Health
  • Significant experience of Occupational Health within a complex organisation
  • Knowledge of wellbeing, employment law, health and safety legislation and best practice standards
