Occupational Health and Wellbeing Screening Advisor

Helping look after the health and wellbeing of our force.

Salary: £34,662 - £42,612

As our Occupational Health & Wellbeing Screening Advisor you will be delivering a high quality service to Derbyshire Constabulary. Providing occupational health and wellbeing support to ensure a safe, healthy and productive employees.

You’ll be conducting health screenings, workplace health surveillance and initiatives to promote employee health and wellbeing.

Your work will directly contribute to the safety and resilience of our police force.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver efficient health and wellbeing assessments
  • Provide professional health advice to employees, managers and HR teams
  • Assist other clinicians with the occupational health and wellbeing department

The must haves

  • Registered nurse (adult branch/ RGN) with current level one NMC registration
  • Experience of working in an Occupational Health role and relevant experience in a clinical setting
  • Able to make and support decisions using judgement and analysis of medical information and testing data
