The successful candidate will be customer focused with previous relevant experience in a customer services environment. Able to communicate verbally and writing to customers, suppliers and other team members. You must have the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure and in a flexible and responsive way individually or as part of a team. The ability to undertake minor sewing repairs is also required.
