An opportunity has arisen for an Estates Data Administrator within the Property Service team. 

Approximately 120 sites and 190 buildings are reflected in the FMR currently with a future budget cost of c.£50m. Working with the Maintenance Manager in developing the Revenue Maintenance Programme covering a 1-5 year period for budget purposes. Providing detailed information to colleagues regularly throughout the year particularly in response to requests for rolling 10 year FMR information on specific properties. Liaising with Surveyors and Engineers to collate and record Condition Survey information; this is used to update the FMR for Operational, Custody, Covert site and any residential properties in order to assess the Force’s ongoing maintenance requirements/liabilities. Providing FMR information leading to preparation of the annual revenue maintenance programme in February/March each year (c.£3.8m April 2016). Carry out end of year data analysis/reconciliation to identify Programme Works completed and taking necessary action to revise the rolling forward FMR, as required

The Successful candidate will manage the capture, retrieval, analysis and reporting of estate data for the annual NPEG benchmarking exercise. Work with and provide support to the Facilities Systems Supervisor (FSS) to ensure the maintenance of the department’s Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.

You will use information from monthly electricity, gas, water, LPG, oil, and wood pellet bills record usage for every TVP site. Collate into annual data and calculate CO2 emissions to support the work of the Energy & Sustainability Manager. Working with the CAFM Systems Administrator ensure all utility information is stored on system, this includes meter numbers, MPANs, MPRN, SPIDs, along with details of meter locations. Assist in the preparation of data for key internal/cyclical/annual reports (e.g. Annual Environmental Report, Operational Performance Group quarterly estate updates), and for the mandatory Display Energy Certificates (DECs).
