Estates Administrator, Scale 3/4

To efficiently and effectively assist the Customer Services Manager and manage administrative processes within all functional areas of the Estates Department including processing financial transactions. To carry out general administrative duties which may include:- word processing/keyboarding, formatting documents, co-ordination of office duties, ordering, mail collection and distribution, filing and storing of information. To operate associated machinery/equipment which may include associated information systems and telephones within specialist units/departments. To present a positive image and service to both internal and external customers. Individuals are required to effectively engage with internal and external customers at all levels, in order to provide a high quality standard of service. Maintain confidentiality in relation to data protection issues and Management of Police Information Standards. In addition the post holder must be prepared to undertake such additional duties which may result from changing circumstances.

This post is suitable for job share / part time working.

The successful candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Level.

Please be aware that if your current post is within the Public Service Centre, if you were employed after 1st February 2017 you must have completed 2 years’ tenured service before applying for any other roles.
