Shared Services Administrator (Part Time)

This permanent, part time vacancy covers normal office hours full time for 6 months in the year.  The months of work are January, February, March, July, August and September.

As part of a flexible team of Administrative staff, you will undertake a full range of administrative duties, specific to the Shared Services function, in support of the wider People & Development (P&D) department.  You will provide transactional Human Resources (HR) support across several areas of the P&D function to provide resilience and flexibility as and when the organisation demands.

You will have relevant HR administrative knowledge and experience or have attained Higher Grades or an equivalent level of education. Excellent customer service skills are essential for the role.
