Service Desk Agent (1)
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of Service Desk Agents and develop a broad range of technical skills. Our team provides comprehensive ICT support to meet the requirements of Avon and Somerset Constabulary
The support we provide covers desktop, mobile data/ telephony, servers, networks, wireless environments and Microsoft product set. Knowledge of Active Directory would be advantageous.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will need to demonstrate the ability to learn, along with experience in dealing with IT related queries. A good telephone manner and listening and diagnostic skills are needed to ensure an excellent customer experience.
All requests for flexible working patterns will be considered and will be dependent on the role.
Pattern of 6 shifts on, 4 shifts off to cover days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
