ICT Technical Administrator

The role of the ICT Technical Administrator is to:

 Configure and manage all software licensing across the Constabulary, via our Software Asset Management software solution.

 Work with Service Managers to ensure all license agreements are up-to-date and valid.

 Report on the usage of software and identify cost savings to the constabulary.

 Report on the compliance of software licenses and escalate risks to senior management.

 Assist SMT and Service Managers with procurement requirements.

 The role will also assist SMT in the financial management of both capital and revenue budgets under the control of ICT.
