Driver Awareness Training Clerk HC7482
We are currently looking to recruit 3 new Driver Awareness Training Clerks. In this new role the post holder will be required to deal with correspondence and process telephone calls in a professional and timely manner and liaise with and provide guidance to internal and external individuals, departments, agencies and companies.
You must also accurately input and update information onto various databases within the unit, interrogate the different databases to deal with queries, generate standard and non-standard documents and carry out general administrative duties including dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
You will also need to adhere to Service Level Agreements within the Driver Awareness Team in order to give regular and effective service.
QCF Level 1 at least 2 passes to include English and Mathematics OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.
Experience working in a busy office environment.
To be computer/keyboard literate and a competent keyboard user
