Deputy Safeguarding Partnership Manager
Empower the safeguarding team and keep communities safe!
As Deputy Safeguarding Partnership Manager, you will be supporting the daily operation of the Safeguarding Hub, leading the first-line management team to drive performance, as well as building and maintaining strong working relationships with partner agencies to ensure an efficient safeguarding service.
What you’ll be doing
- Looking at safeguarding demands and identifying and developing efficient ways to deliver a quality service
- Supporting the strategic planning of safeguarding priorities and projects
- Proactively managing and problem-solving repeat callers
The must haves
- To hold a degree or equivalent qualification and/or have experience of working at that level
- To understand statutory safeguarding responsibilities for children and adults
- Experience in partnership development and multi-agency collaboration
