The Role
As a RTRD Administrator, you are responsible for providing real-time resourcing and mobilisation support across the Metropolitan Police Service, ensuring officers are deployed effectively to meet operational and public order demands. - Rapidly mobilise officers and assets during service mobilisations, ensuring resources are deployed where operational need is greatest.
- Maintain and update Location Based Comments and Special Schemes on CAD to ensure accurate operational records.
- Liaise with MO6 Senior Leadership Team, Met Grip Chief, and contingency planners to provide real-time information that informs operational decisions.
- Provide feedback regarding live service mobilisations for debrief purposes, supporting organisational learning and improvements to resourcing processes.
- Escalate issues relating to officer availability, system errors, or resourcing conflicts to the Sergeant for resolution.
Benefits
You will enjoy the kind of great benefits that you’d expect from one of London's largest employers.
These include:
- Annual leave entitlement of 28 days plus bank holidays, rising to 33 days after 5 years of service
