Cumbria Constabulary Integrated Offender Management Team (IOM) are looking for someone to join the team as an admin assistant.
.
We are seeking a highly organised, collaborative and enthusiastic individual to provide administration support to the IOM team to aid partnership working.
.
The successful applicant will provide a range of administrative support services as directed by the IOM coordinator/supervisor to support the daily processes and functions of the IOM department.
.
.
The post holder will be responsible for Encouraging agency engagement with the IOM process, accurate minute taking and timely sharing of minutes and actions keeping a clear record of outstanding and completed actions for the Chair.

This role will require high levels of competence in:
• Written communication skills
• Managing your time and your workload - this is a very demanding role with competing priorities.
• Partnership working
• ICT skills

The role is full-time (37 hours) position, Monday to Friday. The role is based at Cumbria Constabulary, designated station is negotiable, occasional remote working can be considered with the ability to work from designated station as and when required.
