Northamptonshire Police are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our resourcing strategy and help shape the future of our workforce.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead recruitment delivery aligned with strategic workforce planning for Police.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet future workforce needs.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leadership on resourcing and selection.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, best practices, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with national partners and stakeholders to drive best practice and innovation.
  • Lead and develop the Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Officer.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Chartered CIPD membership (or working towards it) or equivalent senior resourcing experience.
  • Proven track record in strategic resourcing and workforce planning.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in budget management and business continuity.
  • Desirable: Public service resourcing experience and knowledge of Police Regulations.
