You will be an good communicator and negotiator, able to influence both staff and consultants through projects. Your outcomes will contribute in creating spaces that are fit for the future model of Policing and create a greater feeling of collaboration and well being in the people we serve.

As an advancing professional towards RICS/MCIOB/RIBA your experience will provide a good basic knowledge and competence base to be able to work in support of a Project Manger. Your studies at LVQ Level 5 or above will support you applying your knowledge and experience in practice.

Experience in the commercial and/or public sector (non housing) estate is essential to operate in the role, together with a basic understanding/appreciation of standard forms of building contract (JCT/NEC) and CDM expertise.
