Transferee Sergeants

We are currently looking for experienced Sergeants to support Response across the County.

We would like to invite applications from substantive Sergeants who will help us reinforce and monitor our core standards:

Leaving a professional, respectful, and positive impression on those we deal with

Making sure things are dealt with right first time.

Making a suitable assessment of threat and risk

Providing a proportionate and professional response

Recognising and addressing vulnerability in all its forms

Undertaking a good quality of investigation with the victim at the heart of it

Please note that applications will only be accepted from substantive Sergeants serving with Home Office Forces.

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
