To assist operational police officers, Case file managers and File Prep Officers, by co-ordinating requests and providing a single point of contact for Dorset Police for all medical requests from the medical profession, ensuring payment is processed and to maintain a monitoring system of work requested and received.

To provide routine office and administrative duties in the Police Admin unit.
